IS it just me or does everyone of the spokesmen for Obamas administration stutter with every question they are asked.....they have absolutely no idea what the hell they are talking about and it clearly shows

Its just a behaviorial reaction to extemporaneous speaking. The uhhs and stutters give you time to gather your thoughts. A good extemporaneous speaker can be just as big of an idiot.
