The Tea Party Protest....FN JOKE!!!
Julio Almanza April 18, 2009 Well the tea party protests are over and I have to say that I have not seen so much ignorance in my entire life. I am not speaking for all of the tea party protests that occurred throughout the country because I am sure each individual state had their own take on the issue. I am speaking of course about the tea party that occurred in my hometown in Santa Ana California.

Now, let me first say that I personally did not attend the tea party given the fact I had to work, but good friends of mine captured it all on tape. After reviewing the footage, I have to admit how saddened I am how these people, who attended the rally, really have no fn clue as to what is going on in the country today. My friends managed to capture some interviews with some of the folks who attended and all were Obama bashers and most were all preaching and spreading ignorance, hate, and fear. How stupid is that? These people missed the entire point of the event as well as the entire point Ron Paul and other free, educated, Americans, spoke up about. This financial crisis is very serious indeed and these ignorant people truly believe that Obama is to blame for all of the mishaps in our economy. Huh? Truly, I now know the definition of blindness.

The event, for me at least, was not about the Obama economic policies, but the overall economic policies of the federal government. Hello!!!! Bush passed the bailout bill when he was president!!! How soon we forget about that, but none of these fn idiots didn't care about that. As a matter of fact there was one guy who did have a sign that read; "Where were you when Bush passed the Bailout?" Poor guy was ambushed by almost everyone who attended the rally. This is not a partisan issue. It is not about republican or democrat. It is about government destroying up the economy. It is about men and women within the halls of justice and the halls of congress robbing us of our economic future as well as our political future. Both democrat and republican passed the bailout, the stimulus, and all the other bullshit economic policies that are hurting us today. It is not all Obama people!!!! That guy with the sign did have a point. Where were you when Bush put aside his free market principles in order to bailout the corrupted CEO's with our tax money? That was a socialistic move on the part of a Texan American. HELLO!!!! WAKE THE FUCK UP!!!!

These people here in Santa Ana missed the entire point of what Ron Paul, Peter Schiff, and the rest of the whistle blowers warned us about years ago. But now that Obama is president, all of a sudden everyone is a fucking American Patriot. Give me a break. Where were all of you when Bush passed the Patriot Act? Or the Military Commission Act? The Real ID ACT? The Homegrown Terrorist Act? The Bailout bill? Homeland Security? Where were you when Bush allowed torture to happen in Guantanamo Bay? Where were you when he lied about the evidence that Sadaam had WMD's in Iraq? I guess it was okay then because he was your guy in the white house right?

Don't get me wrong, I didn't vote for Obama, nor did I want him to win the presidency. As a matter of fact I believe Obama is just another puppet politician who speaks very nicely and plays the game the invisible hands of this country tells him to play. I didn't like this ideas then and I don't like his policies now. I don't like his cabinet nor do I like what he is doing as president, but then again it doesn't matter right? Everyone who was a Bush lover found nothing wrong with Bush lying to us over and over again about the war about national security, or about allowing the NSA to tap into our emails and into our phone lines. That is okay right?

I swear, read a damn book for once and learn the truth about who really runs the country and who really runs the world. You think Obama is making all these decisions himself? You think Bush made all those decisions himself? How naive you really are.

Like I said I am not speaking about all of the tea parties because I am sure in other cities, in other states, there more intelligent and illuminated people attending the rallies. Too bad I can't say the same for the one in Santa Ana California. I found perhaps 90 percent were all idiots and ten percent made sense but the sad thing about that was that 10 percent were drowned out by the other 90 percent. Go fig.

Ron Paul is right.

I hate the "Where were you when Bush passed the bailout bill?" because the people railed against that en masse, on a bi-partisan basis. We the people crashed their server and their switchboard. They ignored us.

Not to mention is was a Democratic Congress that passed it.

But the neocons will absolutely turn this into an anti-Obama movement if we let them.

On that, you have a very valid point.

But it does illustrate the bipartisan nature of the sell out and corruption.

How come so many of your posts are neocon sympathizing?

How come so many of your posts are antagonistic and confrontational?

(You don't really have to answer that. )

It absolutely does. Plenty of GOP members voted for these, even though I do believe that Boehner held the ranks on the stimulus vote. Too little, too late though.

They're 2 sides of the same coin. There's certainly not a majority of fiscal conservatives in the GOP. If Bush had proposed a stimulus package, they would have sailed it through faster than the Patriot Act.

I never thought of AngelaTC's post as sympathizing with Neocons.

And trust me. I HATE Neocons, so I'm thinking I would notice.

That's why when the media interviews people for the Tea Parties they pick two people of opposing parties. This reduces the issue from a political debate to a political party debate and thus the true issues will never be discussed or resolved. The protester talks about how the governments policies are ruining the country and then the party in power can just say, "where were you when your party was doing this," and all of a sudden the protester is just a jealous Republican fan boy.
