If it wasn't for the founding fathers wanting to secede from Britain, America would not exist today.

The Declaration of Independence clearly states that it is the right of the people abolish government, and institute new government if it becomes destructive of Liberty.

Talk of secession is an attack on our country. It can be nothing else. It is the ultimate anti-American statement," Dunnam said at a news conference.

Hmmm..Seems someone need a history lesson in the founding of the country.

I am curious. Why do you say that?
He was against Bush's bailouts and now against this new wave of bailouts. That does not seem NWO to me.

Research is your friend.

Texas Congressman and presidential candidate Ron Paul has added his voice to those who believe Texas Governor Rick Perry should be investigated for a criminal violation of the Logan Act after he jetted off to meet with foreign elites yesterday at the Bilderberg Group conference in Istanbul.

George W. Bush's Lt. Gov. back when Bush was Gov. 4. (and Biggest one)

he's pandering to the feel of Texans right now to save his ass in 2010.

I will never vote for him.

Remember what Luntz says, it's "words that work".

Had Rasmussen phrased the question like, "If Washington D.C. and the federal gov't become oppressive, should TX reserve the right to secede?", you'd have a much higher positive response rate.

Here are the Rasmussen questions and results. Looking at the raw data will give you a better picture than some talking head's interpretation.

Key point!! 18% saw past the question and said yes to leaving the union. To encourage that 18% for our side, our candidate needs to make it clear that leaving the union is an option she would take seriously. As in, it's not off the table.

Perry is not NWO, but he is severely misguided.

No Perry is NWO Scum.

He was Al Gore's Texas Campaign Head in 1988 when he was still a Democrat.

Trans Texas Corridor (NAU Highway)

Gaurdasil

Is part of the Texas A&M Good Ol' Boy System. He is Aggie Alum, the same A&M where Bush the elder's Presidential Library is at.

The same Texas A&m that begot Phil Gramm.

The same Texas A&M that took in Robert Gates as President of the University between being head of the CIA and Defense Sec.

The same Texas A&M that hold the Texas Transportation Institute that begot the Trans Texas Cooridor and the place where Perry smilingly signed the bill.

The same Texas A&M that produced the Zachary Corporation that is in partnership with the Spanish company that is building the Trans Texas Cooridor.

BTW The Spanish Company has hired Guliani's law firm in Houston, then Perry turns around and endorses Guliani.

The same Texas A&M that produces more CIA agents from the Bush school than any other university.

The same Texas A&M that has a Homeland Security Department.

There is more dirt on Perry to come.......

As I suggested at http://www.dailypaul.com/node/90163#comment-984788 in regard to The Huffington Post's poll, we need to e-mail/fax the Texas legislature and encourage them in order to help make sure we keep this momentum going. This is great for states' rights and now is the time to do something about.

Whether you think Texas actually should secede right now or not, the legislature needs to be encouraged to stand tall with its state sovereignty.
