Many presidents have had their big moment that got them into the spotlight for their leadership in tough times. For example, Coolidge had his in the Boston Police Strike of 1919. If the pirate's idea actually gets used or 1207 gets pretty big, then Paul could perhaps get this whole "no leadership" thing I keep hearing about the GOP.
