The anchor pretty much just said that the Constitution is too old to be relevant. Do no Fox News viewers pick up on these sorts of veiled statements?

Even Fox News is pushing for gun control: "Gee, innocent people might get killed if regular citizens have guns". As if the military doesn't have any "collateral" deaths...

Also, a law which applied to the exact same situation (pirates) wouldn't apply anymore? What is the difference exactly? What a dunce. :rolleyes:
