Should Janet Napolitano, head of Homeland Security, be forced to resign for having targeted loyal, patriotic Americans as possible terrorists?

I assume it's in reference to this report

http://washingtontimes.com/news/2009/apr/14/federal-agency-warns-of-radicals-on-right/

They can "gather" all of the information they want about me. I'm not scared of the liars, thieves and murderers in control of America’s political and legal system, and I won't back down due to the threat of harassment.

No.... she should be forced to resign because her position is unconstitutional.

They are still chasing old men who were apart of the Nazi organization.
What she is doing is not a bit different than hitler's government.

I bet this was written during the Bush administration and we are just hearing about it now.

...how about nearly the entire Obama administration. Think of all the unconstitutional things that they continue to take part in and promote. Social Security, Medicare, all other Welfare-type systems, searches & seizures without warrant, suppression of freedom of speech, the stimulus and bailouts, domestic spying, indefinite imprisonment, and ehh...just about everything they do. If you add in the Congress's actual enactment of laws, there must be an overwhelming laundry list of treasonous activity.

It was. I'm glad I'm not the one who broke the news.

Regardless of when it was written, what bothers and scares me is the pattern we're seeing here.

Isn't it clear?

People who are willing to defend liberty, support Constitutional rights, declare the sovereignty of their state and fight for the right of the individual to keep and bear arms ARE BEING DEMONIZED.

My opinion - the Department of Homeland Security is beginning the process of what they're hoping will be an "inoculating" of law enforcement personnel. This "inoculation" process will be designed to make law enforcement view pro-Constitution, pro-liberty protesters as evil and inhuman enemies.

Military leaders have known since the beginnings of modern warfare that it is much easier to get their troops to fire on an enemy when said enemy is anonymous, impersonal, and eerily threatening.

I have a bad feeling we're going to be hearing the term "domestic terrorist" a lot more in the future... and this at a time when genuine terrorist attacks will be termed "man-made disasters."

CNN had an update that she's supporting her stance. If I'm Obama, I put a leash on her real quick, this dumb bitch could insight civil war with-in the country if she's allowed over 2 years to spew non-sense like this and the liberal college kids will eat it right up. "Save the World!", "Stop Globalization!" "Evil Corporations!"

...how about . . . an overwhelming laundry list of treasonous activity.

Is that not called Probable Cause?

It is LUDICROUS to wait for seated officials of the system that wants total overhaul to get on board with their elimination. Plain. Old. Stupid.

People the WORLD OVER know that the American Justice System is a DIRECT FUNCTION of wealth. Bullshit, through and through. We require an authentic People's Court.

Wanna know who's racking up billable hours with all these regulations? Big Law, that's who. Big Law is to Obama as Big Oil was to Bush. Bedrock.

They're all in bed together. And unless I very much miss my mark -- an obscure probability, in light of a quarter century in proximity to West Hollywood -- they are in bed together literally as well as figuratively.
