!!!!! HAPPY TAX PROTEST DAY !!!!! :D
Here is a list of stuff related to Federal Income Tax:
1. TWO MONTHS per year of your wage goes to Federal Income Tax
2. This money is NOT used to run the government
3. It is used to pay the INTEREST on the Federal Reserve Notes (those dollars in your pockets)
4. The Fed Income Tax was established in 1913 directly after the establishment of the Federal Reserve Bank.
5. Before then there was Never such a tax
6. The Federal Reserve Bank LOANS those dollars in your pocket AT INTEREST to the US government.
7. The Federal Reserve Bank is a PRIVATE bank, it has NOTHING to do with the US Government
8. Therefore TWO MONTHS per year of your labor goes directly into the pockets of International Bankers.
9. Under the Constitution Article 1 Section 8 ONLY the congress has the right to coin money. (Interest Free!!!)
10. Under the Constitution Article 1 Section 8 ALL taxes must be APPORTIONED (income tax is not)
11. THERE IS NO LAW that requires you to pay income taxes
12. Much of the IRS Code applies only to Federal Workers of specific jurisdictions.
13. The IRS is NOT an agency of the US Government! It is a PRIVATE CORPORATION run by the Secretary of the treasury of PUERTO RICO as it is listed in US Code and federal regulations Titles 5, 26, 27.
14. The IRS, a private entity, can legally seize assets without obtaining judgment in court and cannot be sued.
15. The IRS is NOT a Law Enforcement agency, it has NO authority to enforce anything. (but it does)
16. The IRS is NOT a Legislative or Executive entity, it has NO authority to create LAW. (but it does)
17. The IRS is SIMPLY a private accounting firm, nothing more. (however, it has an assault force!)
18. Under the Constitution 4th amendment, no entity may search or seize property or papers without a warrant.
19. Employers are NOT required to withhold from pay.
20. The IRS, Income Tax, and Federal Reserve Bank, are ALL, Wholly Unconstitutional, and a Massive Wound/Fraud/Deception in our society. End The Fed. End the IRS. Before they end US.
