We started discussing the federal reserve in my economics class today, and I raised my hand a couple of times to take a few quick jabs at the fed. I didn’t really feel like constantly interrupting my professor and confusing my fellow classmates, so I think the best thing I can do is to educate them before or after class by passing out an article.

I have found plenty of good stuff on lewrockwell and other sites, but I'm open to suggestions as to what the very best article on the net is in regards to ending the fed. Actually it doesn’t even have to be a published article. It could be something somebody typed up on these forums. Any help I can get I would appreciate it :)

Well here is a succinct list of reasons from Ed Griffin. You could expand on each topic in your own words...or check out The Creature from Jekyll Island and use Griffins explaination of each issue.

1. The Fed is incapable of accomplishing its stated objectives.
2. It is a cartel operating against the public interest.
3. It is the supreme instrument of usury.
4. It generates our most unfair tax through inflation and bailouts.
5. It encourages war.
6. It destabilizes the economy.
7. It discourages private capital formation.

Informative, thorough, and not overly long
