Regarding that idiot in the clip who said weed use would increase because it would be easier to get.. LOL. As Dr Paul has said before, it's currently EASIER for many teens to get weed than it is beer. With beer, they ask for ID. With weed, the dealers will sell to anyone.

I remember when I was teen that it was a huge pain the ass to get beer. We used to lurk outside liquor stores on Friday nights tying to "pimp" beer, ie, trying to talk old people into buying it for us, always with mixed results. A lot of the guys would take our 20 bucks and just drive away. :(
