INFO
Liberty Loving Coloradoans Tea Party update from the RSCC!
If you are going to make signs, LOTS and LOTS of signs, say things like:
Audit the Fed! Support H.R. 1207!
Peter Schiff was right!
Ron Paul was right!

Our signs should be very focused and designed for media cameras. They look home made and say three simple things:

1. Audit the Fed
2. Inflation is a Tax
3. Campaign for Liberty

If we make a ton of signs, even if MSM doesn't "cover" us, we can't be missed with a sea of liberty signs!

PLEASE REDISTRIBUTE FOR MAXIMUM DISTRIBUTION

I'm sure this could be elaborated on more but here is the connection we are trying to make in the minds of the tax protesters.

You cannot cut taxes unless you cut spending.

You cannot cut spending unless you address the Federal Reserve system which enables the runaway spending and debt.

You cannot address the Federal Reserve system unless you audit the Federal Reserve.

To further elaborate on the connection between the Federal Reserve and taxes we will be pushing hard the concept that inflation is a tax.

Literature should be designed for educating the attendees. There should be a booth but that will be little more than a rally and resupply location with 3 or 4 articulate individuals to answer questions. For those individuals, be dressed in suits so that we convey the "right image" in case you are interviewed by the media. They should focus on sending groups of people into the crowd to continuously weave in and out and hand out lit / strike up discussion.
Most of the organizing groups may not inform the attendees of the various tea parties about the root of the problem. We expect them to do little more than establish the agreement that our taxes are excessive and provide no valuable insight into how to reduce taxes. Without our participation it will likely be little more than a cheer leading exercise that translates into few results.

If you want something done right, do it yourself.

Feel free to forward this on to whoever you like.

In coordination with a nationwide "Tea Party" movement on April 15th, citizens will descend upon the Colorado Capitol to voice their opposition to continued tax increases. The Denver "Tea Party" rally will be held on the West steps of the state Capitol and is scheduled to take place from 12:00 - 1:30. A "meet-and-greet" with State Legislators will start at 11:00 A.M.

As this rally provides an excellent opportunity to take part in a spontaneous grassroots movement that refuses to be complacent, it is possible that the number of attendees could exceed 2,000. For details on other rallies being held around the state, see http://taxdayteaparty.com/teaparty/colorado/.

On April 15, the Colorado House of Representatives will also be debating next year's budget and call for reductions in spending and the out-of-control growth of government. Throughout the day, members of the Republican Study Committee of Colorado (RSCC) will be attempting to relay Twitter messages directly from the Capitol, granting public access to the debate in a way that might otherwise be impossible. To follow the Republican Study Committee of Colorado on Twitter, create an account on www.twitter.com <http://www.twitter.com/> . (You must provide and confirm an e-mail address.)

After creating an account, search "RSCColorado", and click "follow." After doing so, all updates from the RSCC and RSCC members will be received automatically on your Twitter homepage.

Twitter updates can also be sent to mobile devices. To do so, click "Settings", and then select "Devices." From there, instructions are given as to how to activate cell phones to enable mobile updates.

Other RSCC information is available at www.rscc.us <http://www.rscc.us/> .

RSCC points of contact are: Chairman, Senator Kevin Lundberg, at 970-690-0232.
