This article caught my eye today and in particular the first paragraph where it states the UN was building a Central bank.
(Sorry if this doesn't belong here)
Can anyone offer some insight as to why the UN is in the business of building private banks for the banking families? I'm assuming the Central banks are all owned by the big families.
Does anyone know if a Central bank existed in Afghanistan prior to us going in after OB?
