More proof that the best way to combat this police state nonsense is to just record these lawbreakers and submit it to a candid world (aka YouTube) for judgement.

It's funny because isn't there cameras all over london or in the UK? But as soon as an individual pics up a camera and points it back at them, they start feeling the heat. Then the police start acting like they have to call someone and look official. Who are they calling, their stock broker?!?!

It's a shame though that they got away without the homeowner getting their names and badge numbers.

That was filmed in '07. I think the UK (or maybe London specifically) did in fact pass a law making it an offense to film an officer.
