Well, we do strike terror into the hearts of big government officials.

Also, that "bomb" was a smoke bomb, and it wasn't mailed in, it was was ignited well away from any government employees. One came forward and said the flash hurt his eyes so he could get a big check, and the government could prosecute the guy as a terrorist and discredit the movement.
