Sounds like RP. But think of this, he wouldn't have voted for the money because he was Governor. Right? So why not give it back as a refund to taxpayers in his state?

hmmmmmm .. I think he would turn it down on principle but after reading over some news articles on Jindal and Sanford it got me thinking about the whole thing.

Also from what i understand the money will still be spent if they turn it down.
