I'm trying to argue for Ron Paul on another forum and need an article that describes what he believes our intelligence community should and shouldn't do. I already have the speech he made abou t homeland security.

Hmmm..don't see anything that directly addresses the fact that he believes the intelligence community should gather intelligence, not get involved in foreign affairs.
