Are you going to a Tea Party?

If so PLEASE print out some CFL material to hand out to all participants:

I would suggest the Economic / Sound Money brochure. Remember the point is to
1-Educate and 2-Recruit.

Here is a list of talking points you might consider using when discussing the
CFL and issues with others:

We need to get literature in as many like-minded hands as possible. The Tea Parties should be used by us to educate and recruit for the CFL. We need to raise our "brand awareness" and of course swell our ranks. The Tea Party is the PERFECT place to do this!

Glad you finally caught on, Matt.Yeah sorry... for the last couple of months I have been buried in my local GOP trying to win officer positions. And in fact I have been successful. So my head hasn't been in the CFL game for a while but I'm back now :D

The links don't work, just letting you know. This has been fixed.

I went to a We Surround Them meeting and volunteered to man a table. I Had run off 100 HR1207 fliers from the C4L site and had them ready. I put them right there with all the other hand outs and made sure everyone coming through got one. Worked like a charm. Great opportunity!

I think the HR1207 is a better choice. After people realize we need to abolish the Fed we can push for sound money.

I would say definitely bring both those hr 1207 and those sound money slim jims

Has anybody made up any HR 1207 slimjims that could be handed out at the tea parties? It'd be great to hand out to people willing to take any info from the protests. If just 20% of those that take the info call their congressmen about it maybe more co-sponsors will get on board!

Handout 2 flyers, one about HR1207 and one about Sound Money. Give both to everyone. Make them different colors if you're doing black and white copies.

If the old GOP hacks want to try to jump on the bandwagon, I hope we make sure they get called out and the people there get introduced to our ideas.

I'd recommend at the very least printing a list of all the co-sponsors for HR-1207 on the back of the HR-1207 info sheet. The front side reads like it's a windmill tilting bill from Ron Paul... with him out there all alone.... the typical Republican voter who detests him (I know some..) will just wad it up. If they see that several Republican congressmen from their state have signed on with RP then they're more likely to support it, and more likely to reconsider their dislike for RP.

I'll be making up a sheet to hand out that covers the need for the bill, includes the number of co-sponsors (and that it's a bi-partisan effort), and stresses that SOME of the NC Congressmen have signed on but we need to put pressure on the others...

This isn't about Ron, it's about his ideas! And really they aren't even HIS ideas, they are the ideas of the Founders.

http://www.wethepeoplefoundation.org/

I was a regular donor to "We The People Foundation" for years. And Bob Schultz has a good movement with his right to petition the government for a redress of grievances. As the government has been non-responsive to his group's petitions.

But, he refuses to look deeply into the Income Tax laws from his early impressions, dating back to at least the 90's.

He is taking statements out of context and projecting the government's reluctance to answer his questions as proof that there "is no law"

The reason the government officials are reluctant, is because to clearly state the law, there would probably be a revolt in this country. Reason being, people would find out that most of them are not in fact liable to pay any income tax. Or the amount they have been paying is far in excess of what the law actually requires.

So that flyer you linked to may do more damage than good to the Tax Honesty Movement. IMO.

I say go and if you know someone who is going to be there speaking that need to be outed, just make up some handouts with the information against them and give it to everyone who will take it...

Shoot even make videos of them and play them for people on your laptops or a tv that you set up in advance. Seeing is believeing...! EX : (Play something bad that Hanitty, Beck or Romney has said in loop)

Just be sure and go to promote HR:1207 also and you are helping our cause...
