It's a real website, they put out a press release on PR Web. Not the UN though, but still one in a long line of calls for a New World Order.


On another note, it looks that on the horizon, there's a increasing feeling of justification to attack the second amendment because of the cartels and all the shootings lately. But also, the cartel card can now be played to help revive the North American Union agenda. These two articles should give you guys the background on that.
