There has been a good amount of controversy within the tea party movement about how to deal with partisan issues, people are often asking questions like "Are these Republican events?" or "Are you just going to bash Democrats?" This is evident by such notes as in the Frequently Ask Question section of the Houston Tea Party Society's website, which had to address these style of questions. (source: http://houstontps.org/?page_id=5 )

Many see importance to keep the events non-partisan, even Glenn Beck said on his TV show this week that if tea parties are partisan then they are "a waste of time". (source: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=chOBJwxidUY ) While each tea party is conducted on its own merit, many organizers agree.

It may seem unfair and harsh however to shut down anyone who wishes to promote their political party, whatever it may be, by holding supporting placards or passing out literature. Fortunately there is a compromise, to which end I submit for your consideration: the partisan speech zone.

The idea of the partisan speech zone is not unlike that of the now infamous "free speech zones" where a tea party organizer could designate a roped off area (or fenced with barbed wire as sometimes done) in which participates could use to promote their political parties. Typically these zones are far off in the back, where few will see or hear them.

Is turnabout fair play? Or could this be a way to poke fun and further drive home the message that: We The People want our country back regardless of partisan politics. That will be up to the individual to decide.

Or get a bullhorn and get an organization plan. That will deal damage that is needed.
The GOP help create this mess.
