Interesting how "A common approach to cleaning up banks' toxic assets has been agreed." Is this legislation without representation? Or does Obama have SUPREME authority?

Kraig has demonstrated the required ability to work for the Fed, I nominate him as chairman of the Federal Reserve.

I just need to be sure that he can look and act very somber and serious whilst being grilled by congress or a reporter. He also needs to act confused and bewildered when a disaster occurs because of his actions. Once he demonstrates that competency, he gets the gig. ;):D:cool:

"Shortly after the summit finished the Organisation of Economic Co-operation and Development published a blacklist of countries deemed uncooperative.

It said Costa Rica, Malaysia, Philippines and Uruguay had not made any commitment to respecting international standards.

"We have agreed tough standards and sanctions for use against those who don't come into line in the future," Mr Brown said. "
