I just heard that the Indiana Sovereignty Resolution has made it out of committee and got all Aye votes. It will probably hit the floor next Monday for a full vote so please contact your state Senator and ask for full support on SR42.
there is already a soapbox set up on Congress.org called Support SR42 by Kokomo In Click on that and you will be able to send an email to your member of the senate. Remember please be considerate but brief and to the point. The last thing we want is for them to associate belligerency with the content of this bill. This is too important and we have come far! Thanks for your continued commitment to being the change!

Dear Indiana Citizens,
Indiana becomes the 13th state this year to file a state sovereignty resolution named (Simple Resolution) SR 0042, asserting our state's rights under the 10th amendment. This piece of legislation will begin the process of putting the federal government in its proper place of confinement.
Indiana’s SR 0042 -- Defense of state sovereignty resolution is hitting the Indiana Senate Floor to be voted on by your Senator. We need your help and your action on this resolution today. Please call 1-800-382-9467 and ask for your Senator’s office. If you do not know who that representative is, the staff will assist you. Please urge your Senator to vote yes on SR 42.
Through our grassroots support of Constitutional principals and a handful of courageous legislators throughout the country, a line is being drawn in the sand.
