Now before I paste this long eyeful, I wanted to say a few things here.

We all have different gifts
We have brought them to this here thing called 'Life'
Act with thoughtful balance
Two generations would be enough to correct this

I have noted 3 primary themes in the State Sovereignty Resolutions.

Is it just me or is Colorado's 1995 Resolution extremely short? I mean come on, is there a longer version out there?
The Sucession and Nullification path was beaten gruesomely beyond a million dead
A Properly informed Judicial Branch has to guarantee Republicanism among the Several States

The only versions of the Colorado Resolution I have seen are very short. It seems to make up the middle and bulk of the majority of resolutions. New Hampshire bogged itself down with succession. I like Georgia's Committee of Correspondence. I don't think nullification will have a chance of working until the grievances are properly petitioned, the final number of states is apparent, etc. This has to go to the Judicial branch. That is the reason for a historical fact finding Committee in the Resolution linked here (http://www.campaignforliberty.com/blog.php?view=14869)

I have posted the resolution in the Florida area, the Constitution area, and the general politics area (http://www.ronpaulforums.com/showthread.php?t=185568&page=2)

Now is the time to create the teeth. We have added an extra facet here in Florida in the Constitutional Committee that will review historical data in its relationship to proper Constitutional Action.

Is the federal tax collection idea in Colorado written out, or is extrapolated. Thank you very much for your time. Should you have chosen not to read to this point then I will take the time in slightly smaller letters to say I guess you aren't reading this...
