I'm looking for video clips that show credible support of the federal government heavily over-stepping its Constitutional limits- news reports & more are good.

Who can help? Just post links here.

Some examples: clips that highlight any of the following are good:

- Story or analysis of what some new laws mean.
- Story showing some example of someone who had their rights violated.
- Story highlight some new governmental power.
- Story or video clip showing our governmental process in disarray.

Thanks!!

Does this include the previous administration?

If so, there is a short youtube documentary on the Patriot Act and how it was introduced under fear and deceit. It broke the 1st amednment by not allowing you to talk to anyone if you'd been ransacked by the CIA ...... and it broke the 4th amendment for "probable cause" for search and seizure. I consider the US Constitution as a continuation of common law, so you could also say Habeus Corpus was broken.

I'll try find the link.

Do you mean clips that put together the best arguments that have been made by statists for overstepping the limits of the Constitution?

Plug 'The American Taliban' into your search engine. Two American citizens were held without benefit of councel, without being officially charged, and without habeous corpus bing met in the early days of The Big Scare and the Afghan Quagmire. These are the most egregious ones I can remember--and, yes, even the MSM was forced to admit that it smelled.

I'd sort through some, but I can't play vids right now.

Good question- the clips really don't need to put the pieces together- just highlight a single issue, such as any of the following:

- Story or analysis of what some new laws mean.
- Story showing some example of someone who had their rights violated.
- Story highlight some new governmental power.
- Story or video clip showing our governmental process in disarray.

(I'll add this to the OP)

Thanks! And thanks acptulsa!
