What's interesting is the fact that there are so few people with signs that are even half way rational... Watch when they pan the crowd and you can look at the signs.. very few make any sense. How many of those nonsense signs are being carried by distractors to undermine the efforts of the real protesters? Or are there that many idiots out there?

I did see a very good sign when the camera did their selective panning.

One sign said, "Democracy ends after the vote is cast"

1) There are that many idiots out there; they are stating the answer to big government and big business is globalism: creating bigger government, and bigger business.

2) This protest is organised by a massively pro-socialist group, Put People First, which has recruited smaller groups from trade unions, the British Communist Party, The Green Party, the Socialist Worker's Party...you get the idea. By and large this prevents people with pro-capitalist, anti-government views from being heard - rule of the mob at its worst.

3) These people aren't thinking rationally - they're not thinking at all. Just seeing this makes me find democracy utterly repulsive, and yearn for a return to an actual constitutional monarchy with a representative parliamentary government staffed with public servants, rather than the self-serving arrogant bureaucrats stocked up in Westminster at the moment.

Hyped up by the media?

"Come on man! Do it!"

Who's the real mob here?

the leaders of the "protestors" secretly work for the banking mafia. Everything that this mob is screaming for is EXCATLY what the objects of their protest (world leaders, bankers) want......global warming regulations on an international scale, government control of banks and free enterprise, etc.)

The protestors make the G-20 leaders look "moderate"...In time, radical protestors may even give the banksters the pretext they need for a violent crackdown and martial law..

this is all part of the scam...believe me..if 100,000 pro liberty protestots showed up, the media would ignore them

The violent protests and calls for socialism are not organic at all. It is organized top down, and the useful idiots join in. Agent provocatears incite violence. Problem, reaction, solution.
blah, blah, blah. Most people are simply protesting government in bed with bankers, but the media must create a different story because if they reported the truth, their whole scheme can come crashing down.

I've seen this same tired game played out so many times. The picture above me says a thousand words.

Totally agree.

I imagine there are some legitimate protests over there as well, but they will not be reported. Only the fringers and anarchists and socialists.

They likely have their own version of "Acorn" over there being paid to make moise.

"Problem, reaction, solution." :D

Well, though some may not be protesting for the right reason, I do agree that a lot of them are and let that reason be heard and hopefully the media will grasp sight of it.

Most of these protesters are Socialists looking for more handouts. Sure, there are a few pro-free market banners around. If you notice they are far away from all the other hubub. They don't want to become targets themselves.
