Alan Keyes can only WISH he had the charisma of Ron Paul.

He did great, using his 4 minutes that he was able to use with 2 minutes conservatively saved.

Jees, Keyes really annoys me.

And Hunter spews more islamic jihad BS.

Could have sworn I heard Hunter say,
"I was just a boy when the infidels came to my village in their Blackhawk helicopters. The infidels fired at the oil fields and they lit up like the eyes of Allah. Burning oil rained down from the sky and cooked everything it touched. I could only hide myself and cry as my goats were consumed by the fiery black liquid death. In the midst of the chaos, I could swear that I heard my goats screaming for help. As quickly as they had come, the infidels were gone. It was on that day I put a jihad on them. And if you don't believe it, then you'd better kill me now, because I'll put a jihad on you, too. "

I don't understand how they expect the average voter to sit through 3 hours of that.

The average voter won't. It is targeted at the evangelical.

They claimed that the results would be posted to
http://www.valuesvoters.com/

But, all I see is a very poorly designed static webpage.

If they don't put an official version up I'll get it posted to youtube in segments.

They're spending as much time talking down Ron in their own way. This is still about finding someone to beat Ron. Alan Keyes was supposed to win this one, that's why he announced when he did.

So much of what Ron says is counter to the religious activists that I am agraid he isn't going to poll well in their straw poll. They'd rather hear from somoene that will ignore the Constitution, and dictate what is and what is not appropriate personal behavior at the Federal level.

Almost every group has something they are willing to get in return for ignoring the Constitution. For the neocons, it is power. For the bankers it is money. For the religious activists, it is their definition of moral personal behavior.

Well I have nothing against christians as my parents are and have always been christians but they are no where near anything like these people. Since when has war been an issue for christian's? I would think Ron Paul's peace message would be heard above any war talk.

Remember perspective. A few hundred hand picked voters are as likely to represent their "base" here as anywhere, especially when there is an agenda at work.

The Muslims find our occupation objectionable partly because our troops are perceived as Christain forces.

Hearing the post debate commenters say things like "What are we going to do about Islam," only proves that they're right. The occupation isn't "just" an economic occupation. It sounds like the CHristain right is on board to wipe Islam off the face of the Earth.

Scary stuff.
