Not sure how credible the site is, and we do not know exactly why the DEA chose to raid this dispensary despite the recent policy changes.

my understanding is Obama said they wouldn't raid if they were not in violation of the state law. The DEA claims they were in violation of both state and federal laws, though they show no evidence of either.

So maybe that's Obama's way around it - just continue to claim they violated state law but offer no evidence.

Gotta love that, huh? If someone violates state law, it's still the Fed's jurisdiction to enforce the law? What kind of messed up shit is that?
