I'd say it depends. What is your opinion of this?

Doesn't look like he's a new convert to me, am I missing something? He doesn't think people like Bill Gates should be "allowed" to accumulate wealth. That is neither libertarian or freedom.
I answered him best I could I don't know all the differences between Big L and Little l and I am sure that there are a lot of gray areas in between those because I can't be the only person on the planet who identifies with many different groups.

that is a question you should answer yourself.

Uh...that is pretty easy to answer:
Big L is referring to the political party.
Small l is referring to an ideology.
Therefore: I would imagine nearly all big L's are also small l's, but not always vice versa.

From the newbies comments:
If I choose to smoke a weed, it's my business only.
If you choose to smoke a weed, invite me over.
Sounds on track to me :)

No. Being an American is what is important. If you aren't being an American first, then it doesn't matter what you are.

The is no libertarian party. ;) Check out the LP ( GOP-lite ) platform.

Screw that... I give Libertarianism a capital because it deserves it.

It's much easier to turn an activist into a libertarian than it is to turn a libertarian into an activist. ;)
