I am not sure how many of you are familiar with the writings of Thomas Paine, but while he is most Notorious for Common Sense, he also wrote a series of letters that became known as the "The American Crisis." In American Crisis VIII, Paine directs his writing to the people of England.
This writing sounds eeerily similar to a number of the taped Osama interviews directed towards the American people. Just found it to be a really interesting read.
