We need to phone bomb the remaining Congressmen that haven't co-sponsored HR 1207. We should call the mostly likely convert first and then work our way down the list. I suggest Louie Gohmert first:

I think they have to be on a committee or something but I'm not sure.

None, technically. But the more it has, the more probable it becomes that it passes.
