Anyone born and raised there is a native. Even if they are a Kazar Jew. Where ever you are born and raised is your home and there is no getting around that. Everyone in Israel who was not born there needs to get the fuck out. If they have minor children, they'll have to take them with them because children need their parents. At 18 (or there abouts) they should be free to return to Israel. After that, do a one state solution with equal rights for all natives. People who lost their land in the takeover should either get it back or get paid, whatever they prefer. If they choose to take back their land, then the former Israeli gov't can give some money to the one kicked out, to get a home elsewhere in the new state.
Internationalism and colonization only cause strife and war. So yeah, fuck international law. It takes away LOCAL control which is the only real control that individuals can exercise.
It's ridiculous to lay claim to some place that is not your native home, based upon history. Using that type of illogic, everyone could reach into the past and disrupt the NOW. How about we stop the musical chairs, everybody go home, and we natives work out our shit with each other, wherever and whomever they/we happen to be.
The same would apply to all countries.
