You have to set the slider to 100, not 1. 1 is the worst. The Ron Paul MySpace made it a point to explain that and I can see why.

I've also read that you should vote 97 or 98. No, I can't back that up.

According to the geeks on Daily Paul times disabled rating meters 1-3 & 98-100

RATE RON PAUL PAUL UP 97

RATE MOOT DOWN 4

1-3 and 98-100 was disabled by Time because of spammers
