I've got a new Promotion at http://libertyconsumer.blogspot.com/
Ok, here is the deal. I'm willing to donate money to the Campaign for Liberty and the RPF for every person that finds the College info promotion on my blog, and requests info.
A free request will get me to donate $1 to both the RPF and CFL every time someone requests info.
If 10 people request info I will up the donation to $4 dollars to the CFL for each Request.
Does the RP community have what it takes anymore to pull together with something?

Hell, if you think it is a bad idea... at least give me that. Feedback! So I know if im doing something wrong. I just don't think anyone really cares much anymore.

I think majority of the readers didn't understand what do you mean in the OP. At least that was the case with me.

Oh, people care. Just doing different things...
Perhaps most don't need college info. And the word "free" always makes my hackles raise.
Things like this take time.

Im an affiliate marketer. So im normally making sites, advertising, and selling other people's products. I had an idea for this where I would take the 15% I get from sales and donate 2/3 of it to the Campaign for liberty. While some of the stuff doesn't even cost anyone to participate in.
I thought i'd make the blog, post on the forums... and if there was an interest I would build a website around this idea.
I would love to do this and donate, but I understand some things need more of a push. Thats why im trying to figure out what I need to do to make this work for the Liberty community.

I am an affiliate marketer as well, have been doing it for about 3 years. I have seen this offer on a few networks, and it generally pays from $15 - $20 per lead.
I like your idea, but what are you doing with the rest of the money? are you using us to make a little profit as well? You might get more people to back this idea, if you donate $10 of that lead to this cause.
Maybe i'm misunderstanding you though, please forgive me if i am.

Well its nice to see another within the ranks!
You're about right, College leads pay $16... I was going to use anything from the free ones to work on a much bigger, expansive website. Thats why I was keeping the margins low for right now. However plan on raising that on a later date. I wasn't ever wanting to promote it too much anyway because I feel bad about promoting leads in such a way.
My goal is to have a website that partners with amazon and such companies where 10% of anything you ever bought online would go to the CFL. Hows that for supporting the home team?

All the money im getting from it is going back into advertising, hosting, and development work anyway... However no one bumps this and no one seems to want to join in, so Im thinking either the Paulains either don't take the blog setup very seriously, or the way the thread is set up seems too advertizy.
