THere is a coin shop I sometimes go to right outside of philly that sells these same bags. They are for holding coins. But obviously they are the same types of bags used for drugs. Hopefully the coin shop doesn't get raided. It's owned and operated by a really nice elderly man.

On another note, there is a very large marijuana paraphenalia store (http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&client=firefox-a&rls=com.ubuntu%3Aen-US%3Aunofficial&hs=Zs4&q=wonderland+philadelphia&btnG=Search) that operates in the middle of one of Philadelphia's richest areas (rittenhouse square). They sell all kinds of bongs, bowls, bags, etc. It is their main product. They operate openly.

How can a double standard like this exist?
