Good job. I hope it is a fair report. I know a lot of times journalists act like they're your friend during the interview and then turn around and purposely misrepresent your arguments.

Chuck Baldwin was on AJ today discussing the memo. It sounds like him, Paul, and Barr are not taking this lying down.

In addition, Baldwin said he collaborated with Ron Paul and Bob Barr on a letter that will be sent to Missouri officials protesting the MIAC report. Mr. Baldwin indicated that if the letter does not result in a repudiation of the MIAC report and its absurd allegations, he and fellow letter signatories will consider legal action.

I gotta say that I know that this "pamphlet" went out on a National Scale, and it was Missouri that let the cat out of the bag. I must thank you Missouruns (lol) for bringing it to our attention. I am not sure who the whistleblower was, but good on him/her! Y'all are lucky to have true patriots behind the lines. MO makes me proud. :)

What are the traits that identify a militia member, or a domestic terrorist? KMBC's Maria Antonia reported that controversy is brewing over a new report put together by a Missouri agency that is supposed to help law enforcement determine who could be a terrorist.

The report is called "The Modern Militia Movement." It was compiled for authorities but was leaked to the Internet. A lot of people are unhappy with information in the report, such as the suggestion that support of third party candidates might mean you're a radical extremist.

Bryon Huber is an advocate of Ron Paul and has seen the strategic report put together by the Missouri Information Analysis Center, which is described as part of the Missouri Highway Patrol. The report says that militia members most commonly associate with third party political groups and that they might display Constitutional Party, Campaign For Liberty or Libertarian materials.

The report also says that militia members are usually supporters of former presidential candidates Ron Paul, Chuck Baldwin or Bob Barr.

Huber is a member of The Liberty Restoration Project, whose mission is "to return to an adherence of the Constitution."

What bothers Huber is what he describes as generalizations in the militia movement report. For another example, in reference to how militias organize there is the line: "It is not uncommon for these groups to be seen in public doing community service-related work."

Huber believes the report's errors were not deliberate, but rather the result of trying to cover too broad of a topic with too vague of terms.

The center also puts together alerts, investigative and intelligence reports that are supposed to help law enforcement.
