New subforum suggestion: TV & Radio Appearances or Liberty Media

It's hard to keep track of all the "watch this channel at this time" or "so and so is on this channel" or "call this radio station at this time" posts. I think they get lost and sometimes get duplicated when posted in Grassroots Central. I think Grassroots Central needs to be focused on ideas, projects, etc. and shouldn't be cluttered with all the tv and radio plugs. This could also include websites to comment on or digg. Just a thought.

I don't see a problem with radio/tv/etc appearances being announced in other categories. I think it helps give it a wider appeal which is to our advantage since a wider appeal gives these places higher ratings and higher ratings equal more air time for our side of the story.

I think the opposite will happen. I think having a sub-forum for tv and radio announcements inside Liberty Forest will boost ratings because everyone will know where to look and not as many threads will fall between the cracks the same way book, bearing arms and health freedom discussions once did.

It used to be in liberty forest but it lived and died with break the matrix. I agree it should not be in the archives while other sections like schiff 2010, who isn't even running, is in liberty forest.

if possible when you post a video an option to flag it as a video then have a video link on the main tool bar

I agree with Josh- but we can also create a prefix for it for GC-- something like "Media" or "Media announcements".

The new front page will add a big boost to resolving these types of issues.
