However, if you keep listening to his speech, he later praises Ronald Reagan, which surprises me. Reagan TALKED libertarian on the campaign trail, but his administration was responsible for crazy deficits and ultimately, at the end of 8 years, most people were paying HIGHER taxes. The Reagan small government notion is a total myth, and I'm surprised Schiff doesn't know this.

Dang, this is good stuff. Schiff's explanations are so lucid.
