I think its pretty obvious what these states are doing. They need the money they are going after anyone and anything they can:

Expect more of this. At the fed level, they are going after back taxes. States are just going to go crazy on this.

wow I ran away from this type of news and threw away my television only to find it following me around

why shall i care about Ms Lohan. just another corrupt whorish slave in a corrupt system

Violent crime decreases during hard economic times. However, the state seems to steal more money through frivolous traffic tickets. Who's the real criminal?
