I've been on a day long chat with a recovering neo-con and he asked if we knew about these guys

It was suggested that someone from our group join and see if we can work together...

He said they are well organized, semi-underground (whatever the latter means?) and that the conference calls are informative...

I don't have the time...

they seem to have gone out of their way to not provide any information about themselves, contrary to current norms. I did find this other site that has only a little more info:
