Arnold promised he would fix it. He hasn't fulfilled a single campaign promise he made. At least other politicians throw their constituents a bone, Arnold doesn't.

Yeah, but Arnold actually pushes against his campaign promises in the legislature. It isn't that the Democrats override his vetoes, it is that he is pushing for liberal legislation.

To direct your anger at one man is misplaced.
They should behead every member of their government... and then practice self-flagellation for voting them in.

The executive is just the figurehead. When you behead the Governor in effigy, you are saying "Hey, we are particularly angry at what you are doing." When you behead the whole legislature, you're saying "Hey, we're serious, stop or we will do whatever we can to get you out of office, up to and including open rebellion."

Congress/Legislatures control the purse in almost all governments.
People need to understand that... or their anger will be misdirected.

I'm waiting until they start putting actual politicians on the guillotine.
Only then will things change

I'd pull the lever...

France became a much better country after they did so.

Awesome John and Ken on KFI 640am. They get angry when others don't! They were angry after all these years he still pronounces California as "caulifornia." I want to read that whole sign at 1:48 about republicans being thieves. Fullerton is in Orange County where most people voted for McCain in Nov.

I might suggest starting out with "tarring and feathering" first.

France became a much better country after they did so.
Do you know how bad France was until they really settled down? and I'm not talking about just ending after the Reign of Terror.

This is what I've always feared... if there will be a revolution it will be another French and not another America. The poorer the people get and the perception that the rich are getting richer because the government helps them only encourage this type of revolution.

How can someone even fathom killing off politicians? ...even if this demonstration is using a fake cutout... the intent is there. And don't think for a minute these people won't do that to the real thing if they really do rebel.

Do not encourage this type of rebellion.

France became one of the starting points for socialist ideas simply by fighting for equality and killing off the rich for that property. Don't think for a minute that the glorified French revolution of our history books doesn't appeal to people looking for democracy in America. They fought for unity.. creating a unified French people. Americans fought for independent states.

There is a huge difference between the French and American revolution... the condition is ripe for another French if we continue to allow the lefties to control the rebellion.

I didn't see ANY mention of this on TV last night or today. Amazing that our media can completely ignore 15,000 people protesting in this manner. They weren't just waking down a street. They were chanting "head on a stick".

This is why the two parties put The Patriot Act and FISA in place. If the people in that video can be identified they can now considered "domestic terrorists" for making clear threats against their government. If we see more of this then we'll start to see action (probably pre-emptive as in the arrests before the RNC) from the government.

I hope this doesn't turn into a French Revolution.
+1 We're heading into some very scary territory and it could get dangerous very quickly.

Don't forget Bernie Madoff and his ilk. He should be blindfolded in Times Square and be given a cigarette. ;)

And since the patriot act, fisa, military comissions act are put into place, the government has become much less fearful of the people, and this is why they can now get away with looting the country.

The radio hosts who organized this event was talking about how this was front page news in the Orange County Register but barely made a blip in a Sunday morning blog for the L.A Times. A letter was sent from the LA Times saying that they try to get both sides of political controversies especially around election times but said rallies aren't too news worthy. But the LA Times has thrown immigration rallies on front pages. They cover the process of the new budget but fail to cover the real financial impact on the everyday person. Apparently tax taker issues are more important than tax payers issues. Would you revolt if you had to pay a 9.25% sales tax in your county? A few cities are going up to 10.25%! Car registration fees are doubling, I think mine will be like $104. I have encouraged my friends to vote in a special election on May 19Th to vote down these tax increases so they don't last past 2011.
