Please vote YES now.

(I think it would be in our best interest to avoid answering the other two questions.)

This poll, which was just released this morning, has just under 500 000 votes already.

(at 3:34 PM PST the poll had 497,052 votes. It is going up about 1 vote every second.)

This issue is totally unproductive.
Let's say we proved that Obama isn't eligible.
Guess who becomes president? Yep, ol chipmunk cheeks!

And if it's not McCain, perhaps we'd get Joe Biden.

Folks, this issue is a distraction to the real issues, such as: who owns you? Some president, kind, or congress? Or do you own yourself?

Over 30 States are flexing their muscles and are considering talking about Sovereignty. If Obama is proven ineligible a NEW election would most likely have to be declared, giving Ron Paul another shot. Stop trying to discourage the people from getting to the Truth.

Online polls are meaningless. They only reflect the opinion of a limited group of people- not the average person. In this case the people who have no question about if he is elgible to be President will skip the poll. Just look at how many straw polls Ron Paul won in the election vs how many actual votes he got.

Civil war over this issue? Puleese!

Even if he were declared inelgible, Beiden would become President. There would not be any new election.

It isn't meaningless if the question is finally getting some limited exposure by the main stream media. The more people who hear about the issue the better. For more people will look into the subject and realize that Obama is not being honest.

Plus the amount of people who have signed the Petition demanding that Obama show is birth certificate is now over 305 000. I suppose the Petition is also meaningless?

Total waste of time and energy.

The time now is to focus on the economy, and spread the libertarian message, which is resonating stronger than ever. People are looking for real change, and Obama is not providing it on the economic front.

Me, personally, I think there is some fire to this smoke.

On a practical level, making any progress on it is futile.

The fedgov no longer follows the Constitution in any meaningful way, there's no reason to expect it to follow the law here, either.

Hell, Hillary is not eligible to be Sec State either.

Washington, DC -- December 2, 2008
Ineligibility Clause of Constitution Prohibits Clinton Appointment
Judicial Watch, the public interest group that investigates and prosecutes government corruption, announced today that Senator Hillary Rodham Clinton is constitutionally ineligible to serve as Secretary of State in the Obama administration.

According to the Ineligibility Clause of the United States Constitution, no member of Congress can be appointed to an office that has benefited from a salary increase during the time that Senator or Representative served in Congress. A January 2008 Executive Order signed by President Bush during Hillary Clinton's current Senate term increased the salary for Secretary of State, thereby rendering Senator Clinton ineligible for the position.

Specifically, Article I, section 6 of the U.S. Constitution provides "No Senator or Representative shall, during the Time for which he was elected, be appointed to any civil Office under the Authority of the United States, which shall have been created, or the Emoluments whereof shall have been encreased during such time." The provision is seen by most as designed by our Founding Fathers to protect against corruption.

Former President Richard Nixon circumvented this constitutional provision after appointing former Ohio Senator William Saxbe to the position of Attorney General. The Nixon administration managed to force legislation through Congress to reduce the salary for the position of Attorney General to the level that existed prior to Senator Saxbe's appointment. This scheme, known thereafter as "The Saxbe Fix," was also used to allow Senator Lloyd Bentsen to assume the position of Treasury Secretary under President Clinton.

"The Saxbe Fix" may reduce the salary of Secretary of State to previous levels, but it does not affect what is a clear constitutional prohibition. It cannot change the fact that the salary had been increased while Senator Clinton served in Congress. (President Ronald Reagan reportedly did not appoint Senator Orrin Hatch to the Supreme Court because of this provision.) Simply put, the Constitution does not provide for a legislative remedy for the Ineligibility Clause.

"There's no getting around the Constitution's Ineligibility Clause, so Hillary Clinton is prohibited from serving in the Cabinet until at least 2013, when her current term expires," said Judicial Watch President Tom Fitton. "Barack Obama should select someone who is eligible for the position of Secretary of State and save the country from a constitutional battle over Hillary Clinton's confirmation. No public official who has taken the oath to support and defend the Constitution should support this appointment. And aside from the constitutional issue, Hillary Clinton's long track record of corruption makes her a terrible choice to serve as the nation's top diplomat."

If course the media is going to tie in conspiracy theories to tin foil hat wearing by having people vote on believing conspiracies with Obama eligibility. I've done enough online research to believe he is eligable...of course I'm not a constitutional lawyer but I keep my mind open. I'll admit some conspiracies are a little far fetched while others actually have a degree of truth.

Usurpation! Government of the people, by the people(not really), for the people(sometimes), has almost perished from the earth.

Yes it has almost perished from the earth. The West is about to fall due to Zionist political corruption. I really wish we could establish a Ron Paul money bomb for the creation of a High Budget Movie explaining the death of the West. It seems the only way the masses learn anything anymore is by being ENTERTAINED while they learn. The Ron Paul movement really needs to create a movie similar to "The International" (I have heard parts of it were good) where we would expose the Zionist corruption. Then we would need the people to ACT by voting in Ron Paul. Who hopefully could successfully disassemble the Zionist power structure once in office. I wonder if we could raise 50 Million dollars worldwide for such a project? Ah, ... dreaming is where ideas begin.

Shocker :D

The guy with the white supremacist links blames everything on "Zionists". You're too predictable.

I could care less about Israel but the more white supremacists post about how Zionists freed the slaves and Zionists pushed equal rights, and Zionists promoted that black people were as smart as anyone else... the more I read this stuff I almost want to thank Israel for the fact that I don't have to pick cotton :D

Oh, come on...do you really believe this stuff? I mean, do you really think that any significant number of people actually want to exterminate white people? Sure, I know one nutcase advocated it publicly after Hurricane Katrina, but I haven't heard of a cult following yet. ;)

Besides, BlackTerrel would never want white people exterminated, because without being able to troll around and play race-baiter, he'd be entirely directionless and without purpose in life. That said, I suppose he does occasionally get it right, like when he makes fun of white nationalism...I mean, to echo his sentiments...wntube? Seriously? ;)

Besides, I'm somewhat skeptical about Obama's birthplace myself, so it kind of makes me cringe when some of the loudest voices speaking out about the issue are coming from white nationalist sites of all places. This is an ad hominem attack of course, but sites like that still don't appear very credible when they have such a transparent [racist] agenda that would apply to any black (or half-black, as is the case) President. The only way those guys are ever going to convince anyone not in their "club" is if they start using reverse psychology, like in the South Park episode where the KKK started fighting for the other side of any political issue, knowing everyone hates them so much that they're likely to immediately take the opposite position. ;)

The only reason the videos are linked to WNTube is because YouTube keeps deleting them. Why don't you go away!!! (Seeing as you were the antagonist)

First related video was a "proof that Jews aren't white".

Below that was "****** wash time", depicting a impovrished African (in Africa mind you) washing in the dirt (which is very good for you in hot climates I might add).

Yeah... "it's all about our heritage!"

Riiiiiiight...

I guess that is the white man's heritage though. Being idiots and racists...

EDIT:

Ah yes, perfectly rounded out by the banner for a Neo-Nazi group at the top. This site is full of win...

Why are you making comments which are not related to this thread at all. Nobody posted such videos in this thread. All you White Hating people give it a rest. Every other ethnic group in America can have a web site which advocates on their behalf!!! So Caucasians have the right as well. Stop the White Hating, (or anti-Caucasianism) all you anti white racist bigots. At least other members can now see your true colors in regards to White peoples rights. When ever a White person stands up for his family, extended family, or Kinsmen, he is a Racist. This is a Zionist slur meant to stifle discussion. Meanwhile every other racial group has every right to be proud or their accomplishments.

You're fighting a losing battle if you think the president is nothing but a figurehead yet still want to get him out of the seat of power.

If the people realize that the media covered up for Obama, the media will lose all credibility. Then the people will demand a new election.
