Corrupt in what sense? Many of these agencies' duties are evil, but I don't think the agency itself is corrupted.

If we're talking about which does the most harm, I'm split between the CIA, DoE, IRS, and Fed.

I voted DEA because they committed genocide on the Lakota Indians.

Still, Federal Reserve is inherently unsound and dangerous in that ignorance. The CIA is probably worst for the rest of the world, especially if you live in:

Chile
Iran
Cuba
Iraq
Colombia
Guatemala

And the list goes on...

Toss up between CIA and ATF.

Both have a long history of running corrupt ops to pay for more corrupt ops.

Can the CIA or NSA be corrupt?

I mean if they started being transparent and follwing international or national law, would that make them more corrupt?

I voted DEA, because the FCC and the thingy that doesn't monitor elections are not options.
