Searches without siezures is true too. They now do "sneak and peaks" instead of actually taking the evidence away. But I do think he meant to say searches without warrants.

Maybe he just meant people should resist those searches a little more:p I'm sure if people had a conniption fit every time a warrantless search was conducted, we'd have a lot less of them!
