The sponsor of the resolution, state Rep. Charles Key, told WND the measure was a 'big step toward addressing the biggest problem we have in this country – the federal government violating the supreme law of the land."

"The Constitution either means what it says, or it doesn't mean anything at all," Key said. "The federal government must honor and obey the Constitution, just like the states and this citizens of this country are obligated to do, or our system of government begins to fall apart."

Those of you who wrote us off of the Free State Project and/or secession might be interested to learn we do have a port...

Wow, it actually passed somewhere?

I have to say I am pleasantly surprised. I didn't think it'd pass anywhere.

Edit: Oh it is the House it has passed, it hasn't fully passed in law or whatever yet. They expect it to though.

My father was born there so I guess I have some ties there even though I've never actually been there. So go Oklahoma!

Hopefully they knock out that governor in 2010 too.

this is amazing stuff to me, because about 2 years ago I had a dream that the federal government fell and the states were divided and independent of each other.
