What's the flag that is between the original colonies flag and our modern day flag? Has 21 stars , never seen it. Was that after the Lousiana purchase or the settlement of the south or something?

21st star represents Illinois, stolen by the Imperialists *the Northern aggressors* (in supposed accordance w/ Cheyenne) from the Native Americans.
