It's good! Does the first half of the video have out of sync audio for anyone else? Just a bit distracting.

Great video.

It's absolutely laughable how that Fox anchor did not understand how Constitutional limits on Congress actually work.

"They didn't have cars in the 1800s"... what an IDIOT.

Exactly, sir. You're exactly right. You have a very 5th grade outlook on the Constitution. Now grow up a little and read it like an adult.

It's like that for everyone. Some of the videos off the Europac site are like that and it's the only place to get most of the original videos.

I really he wish Schiff would have just said "Amendment X anyone" in response to what specifically makes Congress making fuel standards unconstitutional.
