The environmental agency is under order from the Supreme Court to make a determination whether carbon dioxide is a pollutant that endangers public health and welfare…

lol, we exhale carbon dioxide.

Yes, we do.

Which is why, if allowed to continue, the whole construct of "carbon regulations" will be the final undoing.

Using that, government, both here and globally, will have the legal means with which to regulate and control every single aspect of your life, from how many children you will be "allowed" to have, to what kind of food, and how much of it, you can consume.

Taken to the logical end, it will provide a regulatory and legal means to determine how long you live.

This is what happens when the establishment grabs the reins of our institutions... just wait until we really start feeling the impact of Agenda 21.

There was another post on carbon dioxide regulation but it was about the UK.

2012-
Hey remeber back in 2009 when we were debating bank bailouts, economic crisis, drug wars in mexico threating our security and then the EPA came in right under our noses and enforced a breating tax? I thought our liberties were being infringed upon then.

What's the "ideal" correct target number for CO2 ( ppm )?
