Whoever is in charge of putting the weekly addresses together has got to get a few things straightened out:

#1 Get rid of the sound FX
#2 Get rid of the background hum
#3 The audio is only coming out of the left channel. Make it stereo.

I can't stand watching more than a minute because of #2 and #3.

Do something about it. Please.

They need a director of media who is an expert at audio, video, website, etc.

Seriously. Is there anyway of communicating with the people operating the equipment? Are these people professional or grass root hobbists? What equipment are they using? Personally I know a few things about audio and video. More audio than video, but I may be able to help.

For instance. Sound fx. What are you using what is the thought process. If we're going to use music for an intro, why not make the intro a standard. The same thing. You know kinda of like a show anthem or such. It would also work good for branding which is very important from a marketing stand point. Lets go with effects again are we using EQ, possibly compression. What is the level of the audio. Getting on to one sided audio. What mic are you using. Heck what program is being used for editing.

Some of these problems are easy to fix. It's just madness to see them exist when so many are willing to help.

Oh and what is up with the overexposed (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VrCqVYVxEoA&feature=player_embedded) video!? Ron Paul looks like he's covered in pollen. Come on CFL, lets be professional here! Please use some of that donation money towards proper lighting! Really we shouldn't even need to be pointing this stuff out. If the people shooting the video are oblivious to this - they need to be replaced.

A simple white balance would take the horrible orange tint out of the videos.

Anybody got a good suggestion for a new video camera?? I was thinking of updating.

Panasonic HMC150 (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Panasonic_AG-HMC150), beautiful HD camera that shoots beautiful images, can't go wrong.
