I've always been semi tolerant of the ACLU. They do stand up for people in some situations where constitutional violations have occurred. I can't knock someone for picking and choosing which cases to take.

However, this just put me over the edge. Rating someone based on agendas versus on constitutional voting habits seems to land a foul stench in ACLU's lap.

LOL. Poor ACLU. They should be asking Ron Paul which way they should vote.

I wish they'd call themselves the American Civil Rights Union instead. Liberty is about freedom, rights are about entitlement.

So the ACLU doesn't like a man who is constantly referred to as a crack pot for being a strict consitutionalist. Gotcha.

The ACLU is very helpful at times but when they get involved in the economy, for some reason they think it's a given right to for everyone to be equal. What exactly does that have to do with freedom?

1st, 4th, 5th, and 8th Amendment, they're great.
