Traitor State Senators to be recalled

no recall provision in the US constitution. but Spector will have a primary in 2010

The ability to recall U.S. Senators varies from state-to-state.

This thread is about recalling State Senators in California, I take it.

I try to stay out of other state's affairs, but it seems to me like if Californians don't want to pay higher taxes, then without cutting spending, they're heading for more trouble.

We're having a similar debate here in GA. One suggestion has been to impose a "super-speeder" ticket fine for all those people who drive 120 MPH on the interstate system around Atlanta. The usual, "Increase property taxes" option is, of course, on the table.

Cutting spending? That's always the last option, unfortunately.
