Today's METRO newspaper here in Boston actually published a letter from somebody who must certainly be a Ron Paulite.

"FIVE SIMPLE STEPS FOR U.S. SOLVENCY
There should be some common-sense actions that could be done to improve the economy. I can think of many ways, such as:
1. Cut taxes by 80 percent, including the federal income tax. That would encourage consumer spending and revive the dreadful situation. The government doesn't need the money anyhow with all the waste and $400 million helicopters for the president.
2. Put our money back on the gold standard to stabilize the dollar. This would prevent the government from hyper-inflating our currency for unconstitutional bailouts.
3. Stop all foreign aid. Would you believe we are still giving away billions?
4. Audit the Federal Reserve Bank and seriously consider abolishing this clever Ponzi scheme.
5. Get out of the foreign entanglements such as the U. N., which is costing us taxpayers billions. George Washington warned against such entanglements in his farewell address."

Hah, good to see it published. Now the question is, "who will listen?"
