One of the best images I had from the campaign, up there with seeing my first RP yard sign, and seeing banners hung on highway overpasses, and seeing a giant homemade sign on an old bus in the middle of farm country was something quaint but powerful.

After Paul had dropped out, and though there were still a few RP signs around, there was one nice craftsman house, kinda like this one (http://vancouver.ca/community_profiles/kitsilano/images/Kitshouse.jpg), in an upper middle class liberal neighborhood surrounded by houses with Obama signs. This house, had no signs at all, it just had two flags mounted one on each of the porch's two main columns. The left one was an American flag, the right one was a yellow Gadsden "Don't Tread On Me" flag. It was a striking placement.

I propose that liberty lovers, who own their own house, and want to, install two flag pole mounts one on each side of their front door either on the facade or columns if you have a porch. Then put a traditional American flag in the left one, and the yellow Gadsden flag on the other.

Don't forget to take pictures if you decide to go for it. And if someone is inclined, I think a website that sells these flags, both as a package and individually, with poles and mount options, would be a great idea. Just don't rip people off. And then the site would ask for a picture of the flags in place, which they could add to a collage.

I already have both of those flying in my backyard. I'm getting a Moultrie Flag and/or a SC Flag next time I'm out n about (probably this weekend)
